I'm just wondering if I'm allowed to switch between matches.

To be clear, I do not want to switch while in the match but can i use str set in one round and int set in another????

Well, you can make all the changes you want before the "Go" (which is the moment that both players agree to fight with what they have), after that if you make changes you are breaking the rules and you can get disqualified. I think it says on rule 15)
