You see.. Arcane shield is pratically the only thing that can keep mages alive in pvp without dying fast. You can survive without jugg but than again it would be nice to have just a little bit of a shorter cooldown since its a 45 sec cooldown and the skill only lasts less than 10sec.

It goes on for about 15 secs.
but yeah we need a slightly lower cooldown
