I know it already...there are many items which have their icons different...say, the royal sanguine hat and many more are there.
There have also been many scams because of the icon of royal sanguine hat...

Obsidian Crystal is listed as a Shadow Gem in the level description, too.

As for the Sanguine, the were all first named "Sanguine Royalty" with an icon of a hat, pants, and a shirt.... but they have since fixed that, thankfully.
