free plat offers

I do the free plat offer and I don't receive them. Why is that? I just did one for 168 plat and I didn't get it.

Well, you have to read what to do to recieve the plat. For example in your case the Game of War download requires you to get to stronghold level 5.

Hi Tiffany Gettle!

The same thing happened to me, and it appears that there was a problem with the completion of offer information getting back to NativeX on this particular offer. I contacted NativeX and notified them that I did not receive the Platinum. They immediately responded asking to see a screenshot showing Stronghold Lvl 5. Once I had sent them this, they marked the offer as Completed and the Platinum was issued to my Pocket Legends account.

Contact NativeX and tell them your problem. They will probably have you send them a screenshot as they did for me, and then your Platinum will be issued.

Yes you can. On phones press meu+power same time for a while.... not too long or you reboot your hone xd! If you r on tablet tht doesnt have screenshot, download a app from play store!

Ok, if you go onto free plat offers scroll down and find Help or support, email them with evidence which were pictures. They then got back to me and gave my 5 plat and acctually i believe they gave me a little extra.

Samething happend to me i emailed sts they said it wasnt there fault and to email nativex from the help tab and they said they would reply in 3 buisness days still no reply come on now..!

Games of war? Im assuming your doing it wrong, it says lvl up your 'stronghold' to lvl5 not lvling yourself to lvl5 but if you done the expectations then email nativex if not receiving the platinum.

That offer is obsolete now you should probably just do the ones that are new and available.

ive done 6 offers today no plat back ...all the offers say is install and run ive done that and ran the apps for almost 2 mins each

offers are messing up a lot lately

You could retry the app or you could email trialplay/nativeX and send them a screenshot of the app while the app is running so an in-app screenshot. It helped me atleast. They should respond within 3 business days. If not email them again.
