pve means player versus enemy
and DPS means damage per strike

STG - Spacetime Games
H/s - Health (regeneration) per second
M/s - Mana (regeneration) per second
Hp - Health point
Mp - Mana point
PT - Planar Tomb (PT1,PT2,PT3)
leet or 1337 - Elite

scaled means ''adjusted to [reference here]''

Ex: We say that Watcher's tomb are scaled to the highest level player present in the map. It basically means that the difficulty level of the monsters in that tomb will be adjusted to the level of the highest leveled player in the map.
