Now Eye gives +2/2/2 at 15, 3/3/3 at 30. But still 3/3/3 at 41 Why not instead let eyes give 4/3/3 at lvl35, 4/4/3 at lvl40 and then 4/4/4 at lvl41?

Let eyes stat increase continuously?
