    Default Frost Touch Mythic Weapon

How about give its user the immunity to freeze?
This weapon need to have something special besides the bad rate to proc.

It also gives player a choice to choose which one to take,

Elondrian which gives heal when recieve damage.

    Or

Frost which gives immunity to freeze. Good to counter Breeze user is it?

( I don't know other Elon weapon proc is. So I speak as a Warrior )

If this is implemented it would (In my perspective) require a whole lot more than just these weapons making the player immune to freeze. It would mean adding in elemental based items.

FOR EXAMPLE! If Frost Touched Weapons make immunity to freeze, then a pet like Slag can melt Ice Patches and melt frozen allies seeing as his AA/General being is fire based. Elondrian weapons being forest-y-ness would create immunity to poison and so on and so forth.

What I'm saying here is that if this is too happen then I would like to see some other element based additions too!

    TLDR: Like it/+1/Element additions.

The Frost bow proc is the most contradictive proc i have ever seen/Heard of:
    1) it pushes the mobs away from the ice pool it creates
    2) it damages the mobs that are on the ice pool
+ The rate of the proc is pretty rare..( 3 procs per planar 2 tombs run... -_- ) And the damage of the proc is non existent because of the statement i made above.
This ''Frost touched'' bow definitely needs to be RE-touched.
