Is evidence bracer a game-changer at low levels?

I have recently been playing on my mage and whenever I fight someone with an avian shield or shrunken head i win, but then I battle a evidence mage and all of the sudden I can't manage to survive the damage much less kill him.

My question is: Does evidence bracer really impact how mage v mage battles will turn out?

nah, PvP is dominated by critical percentage more so than auto damages, but also, low level mage is mostly about conserving mana. if youre having trouble surviving a mage nuke, it may be time to either use an armor/regen ring, or rethink a build.

As divine said it's not a huge difference. But, it definately helps.

As it has been said above, the offhand it self is just slightly better than others but no game-changer. My theroy is that the players buying evidece (1,5m +) is the players dedicated to low level PVP due to its high price. With dedication many hours in-game comes, and with alot of played hours skill comes.

I use a sniper wing on my 15 mage and it works fine

@ 56/61 People don't necessarily use it because of set bonuses. Lv25-55 it really is though.
