Info:

Enchanted Eye of Syrillax: Platinum tier reward during the Frozen Frontlines Winter Event.
Gives all stats plus crit and the first gem gives an additional +1.16% crit on every level. Ref.:[link] There is no grand version.

Can also craft with a cost of: 1 Eye of Syrillax(event boss rare loot), 1 Orb of Ursume, 25 Ice Dragon Scale, 5 Fire gems, 5 Blood gems, 5 Glacial gems

Crafting availability: [2014-12-09]-[2015-01-06?]+Event cooldown

Same as tarlok, i do not recommend this gem for warriors except lvl10-12, here even better than a grand blood. Lvl1-8 and Lvl13-16 warriors better go for grand rage gem. Lvl9, lvl17+ and above just go for grand blood.

Added red zone, this gem is really bad on lvl9 to any class. Seems like lvl9 is special, both tarlok and enchanted eye gems fail here, and the normal version of elondrian gem gives less than x1.5 health bonus. If you are a lvl9 twink, you can choose between grand original gems or grand elondrian gems only.

Now that's just one more reason to not do level 9 pvp, an even bigger separation between level 9 & 10 than there already was (Tarlok amulets/Winter Star rings)

Well, a grand elon gems still gives x2 health bonus compared to grand blood, so a small chance left. But yea, lvl9's brace yourself, lvl10's are coming for you with op crit.

Hmm I checked the icescale assault, it will be good with cursed gem, gives a nice set bonus on low lvls too, can compete with the potency sets, if not better. I say in this case this gem is good, go for it.

Level 13 twink war . I was thinking just one eye on my eerie nec pot ?? Would that give me the .41 plus1.16 for first gem ? Making my amulet plus 3.57 crit total

hm, lvl13 maybe also good, since rage gems secondary is dex, it will give you an extra mana.

I'm assuming that the primary stat increase is at increments of 20 levels for the eye of syrillax. So, it's doubtful that the eye of syrillax will be 4/4/4 for the level 46 cap. By the time it does reach 4/4/4 (probably within the level 51 cap), grand normal gems will give a +8 primary stat. Basically, the higher the level cap, the more obsolete the eye of syrillax becomes.
The same happens for tarok gems. +8 grand normal gems will also mean +6/+3 grand tarok gems. Two primary stats for three secondary stats? No thanks.
Eventually grand normal gems will be the best option simply because the stat multipliers increase at a faster rate than the 'special' gems. The difference of primary stat between a grand normal gem will soon outweigh whatever miscellaneous stats the 'special' gems provide.
