Best pve skill and attributes build?

I'm currently a lvl 39 dex int enchantress. I always put 3 int and 2 dex in my attributes because I noticed that it gives better damage for both my regular attack and my spells.
My skill build right now is
6161
6000
6066
I really wanna find now which is the best attribute and skill build for pve. I don't need survivability I just want the best damage output.

What I notice was is when I go full int my damage isn't as high as when I go int dex. Does your Int affect your spells?

Both Int and Dex raise your base damage. Dex raises your base damage more, but the base damage from Int combined with the skill damage increase from Int through stat driven skills means Pure Int mages have more powerful skills. Basically pure Int is AOE annihilation. Dex mages can do nice single target damage but overall are less destructive than int mages.

I've tested both and made the same mistake of contradicting Royce. I was wrong. Pure int is better overall for maximum damage output. In fact, pure int approaches dex bird levels in terms of damage output ... only it can do it to everything surrounding it.

This was when 50 was the max level, btw. The biggest downer of pure int though is the low survivability.
