I'm pretty sure (w/o seeing them) that these are some of the new items introduced with the 2 new characters. That's why the value is all over the place. Being that new they really don't have a set known price (yet), but the test is weither they have any pvp use (usually). That will set the price, and I don't think they have a lot of use (low lv mele pvp items usually suck).
I've also seen old items revamped like ; such and such shield "of the rhino".
