Drop rate is pretty dang low now. (1/1,000,000 is what it feels like XD)

And classy looter wouldnt help IMO because starry is one of those "RANDOM" Drops you know?

I feel classy looter helps by reducing the amount of drops in the drop table you are to receive.

That's why classy looter helps with glyph steels in the nuri plat dungeon, essence in koznite and mystery dragon drops in feast.

Is not 100% sure drop, but it does help if your lucky and have lots of plat to burn.
