Original Reindeer Helm
Shield of Grat
The grat helm thing that looks like a frozen crown.
First Party Hat
Blue Antenna

Well the 2010 antennas drop as blessing I believe so that's not too rare, and then I guess the antlers are fairly rare although they were identical with the 2011, correct?

All the rest are pretty rare; as far as I can tell have not been resurrected from the discontinued reward list. As far as how rare, I don't think anyone will be able to to give a ratio for the odds of a random player to own let alone be wearing that item at any given time
