You have to find the recipe itself. A boss in Forest Haven will drop it for you. Eventually...

The recipe itself is a rare loot. So you loot it or buy it.

Any boss can drop it, Meathead respawns in FH4 and Meathead's Deli if you want to farm a single map/boss.

It took me 5 days to get mine I just afked out in fh4 with my 55 mage and just killed the mobs in meatheads room and meathead too.

Does meathead spawn in FH4? Like can you kill him and stay there and 5 minutes later he pops up again?

Yeah, just buy the finished items. LOL. Some recipes really ARE too high priced. Or the crafted item is too low priced.
