Keep disconnecting from game....

Hi everyone, i just login the game and played it as usual but after 10 seconds it show the message "You have been disconnected from server"...this is the first time i experienced this problem....Can anyone tell me what's going on??? btw it keep repeating until now...

This usually happens repeatedly if someone is trying to log in to your account, try changing your password. If this problem still persists, forget and connect to your internet or try resetting your router to factory defaults.

Do you ever get random lag outside of Arcane Legends? - Try other games that require internet connections and if you get disconnected this maybe a router problem, if you don't get disconnected this should be a game problem. In that case email support@spacetimestudios.com and tell them:

- What device you use and OS you run.
- What type of internet connection you have.
- How long this issue has persisted for.

There has been a lot of problem with server stability recently. And let me tell you it has not gone under STG eye, they will resolve it.
