Icescale is better because of the full set boost. If you wear the full Icescale set and compare it to Druid you will see the full difference.

For a good comparison my Icescale security set has same damage as Druid brut set.

Icescale brut has way higher damage than any other event armor released yet and almost has the same damage as mythic armor. Only imbued set is better now.

has any1 heard that ice set +10 doesnt work in pvp i will be glad if any1 can clear on that i dont like to gamble with my money wkwk

At twink levels the full set bonus is really impressive. High levels still gives 10 damage with better stats.

Hmm...well looking at grimmy's stats, icescale is probably better. The mana is useless for Sorcs and the amount of HP it provides is minuscule at 41. Twinks however, depending on level, could use Druid better.
