The other thread is good about definitions but this seems good for the actual usages. I like it.
How about
res/rez: Resurrect as in "Res plz" which means, "Please be so kind as to find my sorry a## and resurrect me. I would greatly appreciate not having to run back to the fight from the start."
And plz: Please, always nice to say Please.
