Permanent ban, please admins reply

I got permanently banned for violation of terms. Can you tell me for what reason I got banned from your wonderful game? If it's for saying forbidden words, isn't it a bit rough to get permanent ban from saying "boobs"? I have played this game with my little brother and my friend. It's the best multiplayer game for iPhone. I would have bought some platinum but luckily I didn't, if this stays permanent.

If I get a second chance, I promise I won't say anything forbidden since I love your game.
