Crafting - How To [Question]

How do you craft on this game, and how does it work? Like I have recipes, I just don't know how to like use them?

Is there a leveling system to crafting? Or can anyone craft level 55 items at any level?

I'm Pretty sure you can craft at any level. You just need the correct 'materials' to do so.

And to get the materials, youre gonna havta be rich to buy all the lvl55 components, or high enough level to farm them.
