just from that line...right there...that one you wrote.... is why i don't invest in mythic or arcane gear (just pets and lep pendant ) JS
nothing can be upgraded...so liquidation for mythic/arcane should be nice to compensate..for those who don't want to sell in AH

thats why theres always a surplus of items..they always stay in circulation driving down the price.
