Anyone interested in a twink competition?

Hello! I was thinking of making a twink competition by my sisters request. It's a pretty interesting competition and I would like to know how much people would be willing to participate. These are the rules to this PvP contest:

Title (By Mika): A "BAD BAD" twinkies competition!

Description (By Mika- Copied exactly as she wrote it lol.): The correct meaning of BAD is liiiike, something not good right? Liiike something junk n shtuffs. BUT!!! In the urban world, Bad is good yeh? Therefore!!! This is a twink contest that proves which twink is da Baddest. B) NUHHHHH just kidding. BUT! It's to prove a point that people debate while still having fun. People say that twinks is all just build and no skill, so this competition will take out the "build" in twink to prove you has the skill!

Rules: (THIS IS A 1v1 COMPETITION)
-YOU CANNOT use Amplify Pain. (This skill "adds the damage prospective" to an operative twink.)
-YOU CANNOT have more than 5 skill points in any skill.
-YOU CANNOT use premium armor or guns. (Not all twinks have access to this, this is to ensure fairness. If you do, you can only use either or, not both armor and gun.)*
-YOU MUST be level 20 or 21 to participate.
-It will be the first player to reach 10 kills. Their will only be one GO signal and it will be an FFA style match. Should you desire to stop the match, that will be the only time a second GO signal will be issued. You can only do this once. Failure to comply will lead to disqualification.

Desclaimers:
Q: What if both players have Premium armor and gun sets?
A: It would then be up to both players on what armor they use. This rule only applies to those whose opponent does not have access to this armor.
Q: What about builds? how would you know if they used Amplify Pain or maxed out on skills?
A: There will be one judge on each team. The judges picked will be asked to ensure this based on their knowledge of builds. According to Mika, Allowance would be a good judge since he is able to determine some skill point distribution based on the damage and buff percentage.
Q: How about other classes like Commandos or Engineers?
A: Unfortunately, this will be an operative only competition.
Q: Who will qualify for this competition?
A: Any operative that is level 20 or 21 may sign up. The actual registration and brackets will be made by Mika. If she doesn't like you, too bad lol. She will be giving the prizes.

Prizes:
First Place: Custom 40 and 35 sets. (Provided by Mika.)

*Should this competiton receive a lot of participants, Mika will inform me and the prizes will be as follows:
First place: 1m
Second place: 500k
Third place: 250k

***If even more people choose to participate, I will be participating as well and I will donate this for prizes (Since I quit lol.):
First place: Squid
Second Place: Mark of the Warfather
Third place: 1m
