dc everytime i log in even if my internet is fast and stable pls fix

This is what im exoeriencing also.. DC everytime i log in and screen even says that the serverr is in maintenance.. And when im log in to the game, when i teleport to another place i always DC also.. This situation is EVERYTIME not only once or twice but ALWAYS AND EVERYTIME since yesterday... Its not about my connection or internet coz i checked it.. My connection is working fine and properly functioning..

Kindly look on to this problem STS... Its only tbe early part of the year and here came matters of DC again...

IF Im Not Mistaken They Fixed The Server Last Dec But The DC THING SPIKES AGAIN After The Winter Event. AND here We Go Again.. Every Teleport Every Move Ping Gets High And Then Gets DC..

Same problem here..started last week my best guess would be thursday and from then on the lags and dc were keeping me out from playing..i thought it was my connection but checked it and was working well..plss fix thanks

I have the same issue but only when playing on Chrome. Tried it with laptop and desktop wifi or ethernet but it doesn't make any difference.

It all depends of which gameserver you try to connect too. Sometimes I can login, authorize and travel in between maps without any network issue.

Other times it starts with a maintenance message, then the can't connect check your connection message to then beeing disconnected every time I try to teleport... This is superannoying especially when you have people waiting for you during runs.

Ive been experiencng the same thing. Its quite terrible because AL has become 'unplayable' due to ping spikes followed by dcs..started a week ago.

Hello! Just to fill everyone in, we did some server updates last week that may have contributed to the rise in disconnects and lag. We added extra zone servers this afternoon that should help out a lot. Please keep us updated if you see any changes (good or bad) as a result of this update.

I play on chrome and the game seems fine, except for the freeze-framing which still plagues me every now and then.

However several friends playing on phones/tablets have been having issues with either logging in and instant dc for no apparent reason, or entering all details correctly each time but yet sometimes being able to log in and sometimes receiving and authentication failed message.
