Actually fixing ganging is simple.
Make the protective bubble in the spawn room permanent, except when the player will leave the spawn room.
After dying in 5v1 the player being ganged will have an option to wait in the spawn room untill the number against the other team will be even again without the risk of being spawn killed.
This is for CTF, I still have no idea how to prevent ganging in TDM at the moment.
