I'm a nab at event leaderboards.

It started out last Halloween, at the Necropolis Event. I simply ran with guildies and ran with my 2 favorite smurfs, Socmudd and Hoxxey. Next thing i knew, i was somewhere on the lower ranks on lb. those two suddenly decided that we'll all run it. And since i am proverbially broke, they funded me. One thing that surprised me was how much animosity I encountered in the course of the competition. Funny how even in a game, people you have trusted and to an extent, helped, can sell you out. We were also betrayed by some people with selfish intent (who, by the way, did not succeed and ended up losing friends). Despite all that, we just kept the faith and kept running. i had moments when I almost flaked, but thankfully, I placed 4th.

Now, at the Frozen Frontlines Event, my running buddies couldn't be with me. And although they did their best to cheer me on, for the most part of the event, i was undecided whether to run it or not. But then, this was when i truly felt our rag-tag guild of nabs (i say this with the utmost fondness and pride), came together. I needed people to run with, and they needed a boost to tier. I received a lot of help too from Socmudd, primarily. As well as from Hoxxey and Gorecaster, for which, i am immensely grateful. i also truly appreciate the diligence by which Geuo/Geuu crafted energy and ran with me every opportunity he got. The banner i won, is a testament to the fact that you don't need a pro team of op players to be a winner. I have my guildies, that's what truly matters. As a bonus, I placed 3rd.

FASTEST ARENA RUNS FOR THE NEW ARCANE WEAPONS!!!

Here it is! The guild event we promised.

This is a chance for everyone to make friends, run together, develop teamwork, hone your skills, and of course, a chance for the fastest player from each class to win the new ARCANE WEAPONS! Open to all members and recruiters.


The Mechanics:
-Run arena in trios. One warrior, one rogue, one mage. Must ONLY be guildies.
-Run with as many different parties as you like, as many times as you need (remember to take a screenshot of your best times).
-No lix, no effigies, no ankhs.
-No pet restriction.
-No weapon vanities should be in use.
-No gear restriction, BUT there will be penalty seconds added to your entries for the use of mythic and / or arcane weapons:
Mythic (+5 seconds)
Arcane (+8 seconds)
-Entry submission is INDIVIDUAL. Post your own screenshot, either on LINE or on the forums.
-You may start submitting your entries on Monday, March 7, 6pm Manila time.
-Deadline for the submission of entries will be on Monday, March 7, 9pm, Manila Time (Google the time conversion, people!)
-Follow the prescribed format for the SS (check the contest album on LINE)


Prizes:
Dragon Hunter Blades
Dragon Hunter Staff
Dragon Hunter Sword

The runner-up (second fastest) will get a FORTIFIED JEWEL for their class.

An ARCANE DEARY will be given to the player with the most participation in all the submitted entries. The more you run to help guildies through out the contest, the more chance you have at winning this prize.

Non-winners will each get an ankh kit.


Reminders:
This contest was put together in the spirit of fun and camaraderie. We ask everyone to display good sportsmanship and try to include anyone and everyone who might be interested to run with you. Being selective is not something we encourage here in TC. Furthermore, kindly maintain your best conduct during the competition. No bickering, no trash-talking, no complaining, and CHEATERS WILL BE KICKED (we could quite easily pull the plug at any given moment should people start acting like monkeys).

RECRUITMENT STOPS UNTIL THE CONTEST IS OVER. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
