Full dex is bad for level 51 because it doesn't allow for good dodge, i use a Raid Bow with The Royal Sewer this gives you a nice amount of dodge.

Why go for the weaker items on Pure Dex? You have that 60% hit buff, if I were you I'd do hybrid STR, & use RS gears.
