Sniper wing.
I personally prefer using l15 fiendish shrunken head due to it being relatively cheap (200-400k)
and all it requires is 5 int in stats.

You really don't need over 3 stomp unless you're fighting a mage. But, a Talon vs Talon fight I use 6 rage, 3 stomp, 3 SMS, 1 crip, 1 veng.
