Lvl 17 mage twink questions about shadowlurk

What is his ability and passive for this lvl?

Is he any good? Worth using in a war? How does he compare to blinky?

:3 shadow has horrible health, but is really op in lvl 17 clashes because if you have synergy with other rogues and warriors, his burst can easily destroyed the enemy team.
Max dps on ShadowLurk AA is gg but It can be countered with a warrior heal so you need to be really precise with timing.

Shadowlurk is op for a mage. It's aa gives 20% dmg n 20% crit ( i can be wrong), its passive ability is Great (does -200 dmg + normal dmg about -90 dmg at lvl 26).
I wouldn't open it on a warrior.

Cool down is pretty long and yeah u get a burst but it is not consistent as blinky
