Dex hallow helm. Also if you can't afford a l15 pink gruesome, you can use the l10 sniper plat wing as a substitute

I use hit ring with evi and expert. Works just fine. If you want to use expert and sniper Id use crit ring

At level 15 I can get up to 22 crit without the evi bracer. Personally I think evi bracer is waste of money

But why 22 crit when one can get 2 extra hit. This would in turn guarantee that the stomp actually lands.

I'd run all hit%. Because if your stomp doesn't land. you lose. Stomp has a -30% debuff (i believe)

I never said I agreed on using this set up. I was just stating that you don't have less than 89hit

100 hit is a requirement in my opinion, so I wouldn't agree. Sniper Wing + Exp < Evidence + Artisan. L.17, & lower PvP is mainly luck if you take out the Kite/Treeing factors, the more hit you have, the more lucky you are I'd assume. Also taking into factor that Mage's Lighting, Bow Procs, Stomp's Debuff, Hellscream, & Bird's Blind can all take into place, more hit should indeed be preferred as everything at this level can lower your hit, or kill you with nukes (Lv.5-27).

I believe he's referencing the correlation of hit% and dodge. There was a thread over this but I'm too lazy to find it.
