Yeah if you want to move into that bracket I suggest going to l16. At l16 its pretty balanced, if your skilled and havr good gear u can easily competr against l17-18 paragem rogues. I suggest u use maridos pet with ancient pot set l16, elondrian ring of fitness int/dex or str/dex base, lurid with 2 para, tarlok amulet of potency with para or eyes. You need the extra armor other you will be paper. Your set should be around 3 para 7 eyes. Should achieve with maridos 2.4k health 1.1k mana 148 dmg ctf and 636 armor 25 crit (not including maridos aa)

I have experimented with the amount of paras to put and I found 3 is the most optimum amount.

In addition this bracket 15-16 is very active and frequent clashes. Alot of strong guilds none more dominant than the other and extremely fun.

idk much abt rogues but
lurid,ice set seems better,tarlok potency better
gem:4paras 6eyes is a good choice
pet wise for me sam>maridos
and both lvl15 and 16 have lot of guilds and clashes but the guild with mosy members at 15/16 is impereza and fnf and both guild have max lvl16 members and are in frequent clash with each other and ganging and spot blocking is kinda common here just saying since u moving from a lower lvl bracket but it is actually really fun here

Weapon: there are very few lurid or umbral with elon shards that i have seen atleast but there is one with two grand elo shards in auction right now for 1.5m, lvl 15. Lurid or umbral with grand fires will be about 500k, with one para gem it will be about 2.1-2.5m

Helm and armor: ancient druid set of potency. Icescale is bad, tarlok is bad. You can get each piece grand fire for maybe 250k. U can get each one with 2 eyes for about 1m. With a para gem it'll be about 2-2.3m

Ring: ik you use singe so the mana regen on haunted ring is helpful but i would really suggest you buy a season 1 ring, they are just tooo good to pass up. Power ring, ensorcelled ring of brutality, enchanted loop of potency. They can cost 3.5m-8m depending on gems and which ring it is with the 2 para enchanted loop being the very best. These are rare though but if u check auction and forums every day you should be able to find one within a couple weeks. I check auction multiple times a day and i dont think ive ever even seen a haunted ring with para

Amulet: tarlok potency or eerie potency either one will be good. Its really just personal preference. Grand fire gems they will. Cost 1-1.2m, with a para gem they will cost upwards of 3m.

And as far as guilds go i would suggest impreza and to stay away from fnf. Idk about lvl 13 but for 15-16 some are using 3 skills some are using 4 skills. Personally i prefer 4 skills but its up to u.

Gems: Get as many paras as u can. Anything thats not para i would say try to make it an eye of syrillax. There are a good amount of rogues this bracket using more than 1 para but not many of them are good so it shouldnt be an issue if you only have one

DO NOT USE TARLOK, from my past experiences, the damage does not compensate for the lack of armor. I believe icescale is the best but druid and ancient will do fine. Lurid with paras is the best option for the proc which will help, a lot. For Haunted, you might also want to add an eye. Amulet would be Tarlok which I recommend using paras. For the armor eyes would benefit it the most. In the pet section, Blinky, Yowie, Dovabear are some of the legendary pets that will suit you just fine. I prefer Slag or Blinky just because they fit my style in PvP. If you have any arcane be careful when you use them as Breeze is still amazing in PvP.

Ancient druid gives 120 more health and 150 more mana. Take ur pick but druid is better imo

Ice scale give 2 more damage. Everything is depending on gems of course though. If you really want max damage you would go icescale with paragems.
