It says i'm on DL with a few other people but noone else is on lol I reinstalled but its the same

I'm also experiencing this ... Every server I go to is empty ... & it says only 3 of my 1000 friends r online ..
Sts start killing i have read on an forum they break the server i mean two server for ios and android user may be it is right
