Tbh I'd be more inclined to run it as no forg/hween as was said earlier.

You should honestly do no Winter as well, Lv.15 items that people don't use would make the Tournament much more interesting in my opinion.

I think he means that L15 Winter Fest items will give the "rich" an unfair advantage, I.e. in mage v mage fights a l15 toy has a better chance vs a l10 candle, or a l15 sbl can work better than an l10 duck foot.

Having no Winter/Halloween/Fbow items will make the Tournament much more interesting, rather than putting your money on the guy with a 15 Pink SBL, compared to the guy with a 10 Pink Duckfoot. Honestly the advantage of 15 SBL - 10 Duckfoot might as well be equivalent to a Founder's Helm advantage, and that's all because one person has more $$$ to blow. Using Lv.15 items such as Stormstrike Wand, Platinum Talon, and etc. will make it quite fair to say the least, & more interesting to watch.

Seeing how there'll only be Mages, & Bears signing up. It's safe to assume there'll be Mage Vs Bear fights. Which is completely fine if you add what I said earlier.
