Guilds that only allow 40+ are not cool, IMO.
we're the only guild in TOP 10 who recruit lvl 40. Others recruit only 41...
Top Guilds don't interest me, I'm looking for a Guild that is decent and has a chill environment. Just because a so called Guild is "Top" doesn't always necessarily mean cool people.
That's right that's why i precise we're a "familial" guild.
We don't ask huge stats like karma who ask 15K AP, we only ask decent stats & lvl 40 because u need to be 40 to run elite map

We have very few members who are only 36 because it's a reroll or because they are in the guild since it's creation.This dude is lvl 36, nor does he fit the Dmg, Mana, and Armor requirements
Now we ask to new members to have stats at least equal of the average stats of the guild everybody can consult in the top 50 guild & it is what i posted.
We don't ask to people to fit every point of the requirements, it's a profile... we don't ask PVP stats to people who play only PVE & we won't refuse somebody because he is 9800 AP instead of being paragon...
The profile u showed me compared to what we ask :
PVE : 25K kills with a KDR of 30 : he have 23.6K kills with a very good KDR of 150. it's good
PVP CTF : 400 kills with a KDR of -1.2. 200 flags capture : he have only 24 flags capture but he have 555 kills with an huge KDR of 555 ! it's good
PVP TDM : 300 kills with a KDR of -1.2 : he have 309 kills with a positive KDR of 5.42. it's good
STR 500+ : he is 494, he can be over 500 just by changing pet, it's ok
HP 5500+ : he is 5579, it's good
mana 1000+ : he is 920, it's ok
dmg 350+ : he is 313, it's low
DPS 400+ : he is 256, it's low
armor 1800+ : he is 1498, it's low
But globally he fit with our requirements even he is only 36, the proof we only ask decent stats...
lot of new members doesn't fit exactly with all points, we show an ideal profile & we help our members to fit with it with some build advices, AP run, etc...
The day you have good 36 stats like this guy & same very good PVP/PVE KDR, contact me & i will recruit u.
But lvl 22 or 300 STR warrior, we don't recruit.
