1 hit kill level

So, I am planning on selling a bit stuff and making twink (because endgame is too expencive).
I want to make rogue twink because I like to kill fast, no matter do I survive, but I wanna kill fast.

So I wanna know which level is good for creating a twink that 1hit kills, but is UNDER lvl 26 (because my budget is 2m).

So any ideas what level should it be?

My experience says that there is no one hit at levels below 20(idk for higher ones).Expect if your enemy is running naked.

Eehm i tried nearly every twink lvl (lol) and there isn't a lvl where you can one shot another twink...only noobs or naked people xD. By the way if you'r budget you won't be able to make a good twink, save up some more until you have like 4m.

Nope...a weapon or any item with para (thats needed) cost 1.5m+ then u need a good mana regen pet that does good dmg 700k the rest of the set...an eye...and even with best set you can't kill another twink in under 2 seconds...only noobs will be killed after 2 seconds

With 10 paras full dex with full dmg pet...maybe u can kill a rogue fast if shes not that good

At lower levels its slower, because at lower levels the fights generally takes longer...rogues have less crit warrior more armor but I dont know what level is fastest...at lvl 15 and 21 warriors are quite good because dws lvl 21 and vorpal lvl 15 dont cost that much so there a lot of them...maybe lvl 13 or 18

Higher the level, higher the damage is versus armor. But with 2M, you aren't going to have a Para stone, meaning your damage is a lot lower, and that means you won't be able to 1 hit anything.

26, 1 hits start to happen (by 1 hit I mean aim/nox/pierce). I had a bow and crit a rogue 2.4k, got it on video too. But in general, aim crits are about 2kish. The only thing is that crit is much lower than endgame, so it's unlikely your whole combo while crit, resulting in a 1 shot.

As rogue lvl 15 is much more expensive then lvl 21...with only 2m budget at lvl 15...you don't even get the ring lol. I don't know much about lvl 21 but it shouldn't be that expensive

I do not want to be "the best", because I will never have money for arcane pets, the best gear with para's...or, at 26 arcane hooks. BUT I wanna have gear that survive with. Not paras, but maybe normal grand gems. Then good pet like Ribbit (lol....I can see you laughing, but ribbit is actually really good if you use aa and hen do combo - easy critical)...or some mythic pet or event pet (dova, blinky...)
I dont wanna be the best cause that takes 20m....or whatever it takes.
I think in those twink levels most teinks have budget like 500k(+pet) (Note:MOST, not the famoust ones)
With 2m I will have better gear than those guys, and I might be able to kill those guys...but not the best ones.
So what I ask is: What level is good, if you have 2m budget, and wanna kill fast.
I dont want those para gems! I just wanna have fun and use my skills to survive without the best gear

i tried pvp at lvls 11, 14, 18 and 21. gears are cheaper at lvl 21, and kills are faster. and if u encounter lvl 23s in arena, u will die with one combo lol.

if u decide to go that lvl i can sell you lvl 21 gears (depraved pot blades all grand, ensorcelled pot ring all grand and tarlok pot amu all grand) all for 1.2m. u will still have enough money to buy ancient pot helm and armor, and a good enough pet.
