Lv10 to 14 pink armor its for the hardcore low pvpers and way more expensive compared to art and expert arm etc.... Jewel thief is a extremely rare drop and hard to get, theres int str and dex ofc but what is aimed for is dex which is jewel thief armor but as i said its really hard to get
