Will Tarlok gems scale up with new expansion?

I saw a thread implying (or at least I inferred lol) that they wouldn't. Can anyone confirm?

it will scale up...tarlok gems comes out at lv36, now it's lv41

Obviously It will scale up, I bet that now the super will Grant 7 to Primary stats ( Depending the Gem ) and 3 to the secundary .

Example :

41 Daggers with a Grand Tarlok Wind Gem will Have : 7 Dex, 3 Int
