    Default Glitch?

    Well, today I discovered I had lost the dragon pet "peppermint". I have double checked my stash and all my chars. I know I didn't delete a char with it, nor did I liquidate it (one does not simply liquidate expensive vanities).

    It's no big deal, but still a bit annoying...Any ideas as to where it might've gone?

    (P.S. I left it in the stash before the update.)

    EDIT: also lost the red balloon

    What the good customer service STG employes advise you is that you have to tell them the exact time and day you liquidated items.

    They have log histories of a items liquidated and it's a tedious task trying to find one item in thousands.

    What your dilemma is not knowing if you liquidated the vanity pet or not. And you paid plat for it and can't purchase it again even if you wanted to.

    I hope out of good faith when you show them your purchase history they do give you back your beloved pet.
