So, I've heard that wt is a good place to lvl up. But it looks like i need a "high lvl" char to help me. Anyone cares to help? i'm lvl 23 and need to get to 25. Thanks

You dont need a high lvl, it will mess it up. For solo leveling, go to wt1, but for wt4 just party with players of your level or max 2 levels lower/higher. There cannot be difference in all levels over 2 because then it becomes harder.

Pt with players near your lvl or same to your lvl it will be faster

Two warriors take forever, and I don't think they know how to tank at that level. Run with only one warrior. Also, running with a high level character will ruin it, you will have to stand around since the mobs are scaled to his or her level.

lol.. you can take lvl's with random's in Watcher Tomb's (wt)
Best place is Wt4 for fast take LVL.

KT4 is more better for leveling than WT4. In KT4, there is no elusive four boss while in WT4 there is.
