It needs to have a central place with palm trees from which you can go to trading, stash, petshop, crafting and guilds. Something like a five pointed star layout. Sand on the floor and sun in the sky

Level minimum to enter, while I would be all for it, I believe is wishful thinking. Prepare for the begging to commence once the town is active.

good design although i think it should have large tents were there would be a cs pet shop etc and a waterfall off to the right making a river that runs to a pond in the middle of town!

When swamps towne came out there wasn't much begging. Of course that's likely because most of the beggars/leechers skipped downloading the swamps campaign and went straight for AO3.
