Different types of Locked Crates based on seasons

Thoughts on having season based locked crates. That way some discontinued item can return and it may also bump lock crate price.
For example when you reroll and drop a crate: 5% s1 crate drop/10% s2 crate drop/15% s2 crate drop and so on...
S1 crate will only give s1 items. This rule will apply to each season's crate.
Only the current season's crate will drop arcanes and mythics. Seasonal crates will treat the valuable discontinued items as arcane/mythic rarity and thus they will be hard to loot.
