Don't think so, very squishy might work with int hallo and evi instead of brain freeze with paw. It's worth a try but I think dex would be bes
If Jun was still here, no. Not many good L30 mages left, so it's pretty viable.
Shiv L30 Mage would be the best, but I've seen pure int 30's pull it off.

Also, for the sake of it, I'll add in my trash pure int build :P You can start with this, but as you start to PvP as a L30 Pure Int, fighting better opponents with this build isn't a viable option.

NOTE: This build was my starter build. It worked, but you got to know your Mana Shield timing when it comes to having 6 heal on your skills, too.
If you go to 31, add another point into drain!

6 Lighting
6 Heal
1 Drain
1 Mana Shield
NOTE: This is a slightly tangier build. As a pure int Mage, you won't get nuked as fast as the first build.
