L35 dex hallow helm
Voodoo pin(paw vs bears)
L35 dex hallow armor
L35 pink evidence bracer.

6 Bom 6 bov 6 lightning 5 fire 4 heal 1 ms 1 frost 1 ice storm 4 drain.

1 frost 6 light 5 heal 5 fire 4 drain 1 ice 6 buffs and use int hallo yw if u want ms take one off drain

I prefer a lower drain build as high drain low heal is slightly outdated since the damage nerf. But that is what works for me. I found a very effective build is

6 bom 6 bov 6 fire 6 light 6 heal 2 drain 1 frostbite 1 icestorm

Personally I would experiment and find what fits your play style before you use somebody else's build
