I've responded to this issue on other threads, but I'm copying it here just for increased visibility:

The consignment shop now has a delayed startup. It should never take more than 10 minutes to come back online after the main server comes back up, so hopefully it isn't too inconvenient. This was part of a recent change that made consignment shop searches much faster.
