Elites for rogue

looking for a good build, and which passives are the best for a rogue elite wise?

This is my elite build.

PASIVE :

- Agi : max.
- Crit : max.
- mighty : max.
- knowledge : max.

MAIN :

- Aim : max.
- Nox : max.
- Pierce : just upgrade chance heal.
- Veil : except explode upgrade.
- Razor : except bleed.

At mob and boss I used aim,nox,pierce and veil. But in some case I switch veil/pierce with razor.

Pass:
Dexterity, Knowledge, Might, Armor, Crits all maxed.
15 points left..

Skill:
Pierce: 2/5 Heal upgrade
Aimshot: 5/5
Nox: 4/5 all except increase upgrade. That upgrade dnt work.
Razor: 3/5 Stun immunity and dodge increase.

I guess this.
I have less upgrades on nox and i have medics as i do pvp sometimes.

5/5 aimed 2/5 daggers (heal upgrade) 1/5 nox next skil idk but i used to do pvp so i dont know an replacment skil for heal
Passifs crit,might,knowledge,dex and if skil points left in armor i woud use that
