    Default Jacks aa, two stages now?

    Use jacks aa, mana regen is first, then speed after regen. Wasn't it always speed and regen at the same time?

    No, Its always been the mana regen buffs first and then the speed buff

    Actually, its mana heal then mana regen ticks + speed buff.
