should I keep on buying plat or any advice?
This is kaabacir, I wonder why I dont get atlease 1 arcane pet after I spent 21000 plat? Please look at my hisory and my credit card history add it up I spent close to $1000 or less. Is that how it supposed be? How much more money do I need to put in just get dam arcane pets.. I am get unhappy about it. And out of all I only got 10 mythic armor, necklace, and ring. No arcane pet or arcane weapon....

Pick a number of crates that your ok with losing. And don't bet on them giving you anything. Imo, save your plat for everything else, but locked.
Lol at $1000 dollars. I would be happy if ive spent that money in rl.
Ive spent 9100 plats in this game ddnt get even a single arcane, all i got was BS mythics that was outdated.thats why i stopped spending money in this game.

You paid $1,000 for platinum, and you get what you paid for. You used that platinum to gamble with your luck at opening the locked crates. Most people overlook this. There are loads of other ways to spend your platinum. You arent paying for locked crates. You are paying for platinum!
It's much like a casino. You play with luck. You can't walk in, lose $1,000 and expect to guarantee the jackpot.
Buying plat(especially if it's just to open locks) is like giving money to air.
Like someone above me said you'd feel alot more self satisfaction if you spent money you would on plats on stuff in real life.
Why buy plats for a virtual game(that requires 100% luck and no gauranteed good items) when you can buy yourself a new pair of shoes? Or pay bills? Or go hang out with friends?

No arcane, its Locked Grand of Crap
It's all upto you and what you can afford to donate to keep AL profitable. You should open locked expecting 2k2k2k every time then anything else is a bonus. When I finally got my arcane banner I stopped buying plat on my main account and now if I ever do get weak and decide to gamble I make a new account just for the 50% first time buyer bonus. Set a limit of what you can afford to lose and expect nothing that way you may not be as disappointed.

You could of probably bought a arcane if you spent the plat wisely such as on slags for 250 plat then selling them or buying elx kits with plat and selling in auction but I guess the temptation for locks is too much which I understand
Even a plat to gold conversion. 21k plat is 21m gold enough for a few arcane pets or a kershal but..
sts your saying the Arcane ring with your conversion rates is
$90=1700plat
1700plat x 80=135k plat=135m gold (rough price of ring)
$90x80=$7200 for real thats what your valuing this one item at!?
And don't say STS doesn't control market prices because they are controlled by availability of an item, and availability is controlled by drop rates, drop rates are controlled by... merchers? Farmers? The top guilds colluding? No it's STS.
Once again im making a valid point and genuine concern by many many player's, once again STS will not comment regarding my post.
Anyone else noticed when people start to flame we get a crappy event to divert our attention from the real issues with this game?
And you wonder why people are farming plat making the economy even worse!

@OP My advice would be to convert your plat to gold, directly or by egg sales and luck kits.
This way you could have roughly 40M from the plat you spend.

Its all about "luck", some people are lucky some arent. For example in game I know a guildie who opens 350 locks and got kershal (from a comment of him on forum). If you shoot a fly, but the chance to hit it each time is only 0.2%, will you ever guarantee a chance to hit it after 10000 times?
