If ur talking about the codex quest, just play Ao2 Chapter 5, Vicious Visitors, over and over again. This codex actually drops from a common "djinn" mob. The dudes in headresses.

What he said ^^ but it doesn't have to be Vicious Visitors, can be any AO2...I got it in Ch 2.

What do you mean other quests? Other quest for Alien Oasis, or other quests needed for the weapon?
Other quests for alien oasis. As you complete the other alien oasis quests, theres a chance youll loot a codex at the same time. its called multi tasking, or multi questing in this case
And for stats, ALWAYS ALWAYS check yanises threads LOL
