Are they from lock chest..?? ty

The arcane fossil is part of a recipe to obtain the arcane pet Nekro. The fossil is obtainable by locks. The amulet pendant recipe is used to obtain the mythic amulet. The amulet is untradable, but you the recipe is. You can loot the recipe in the planar arena.
