Lovecraft Event Final Tally

I thought I'd review and share my results for the week/weekend.

I farmed enough letters to create a few hundred kits and killed enough Hugthulu's for a couple hundred chests. I purchased more, especially when prices came down.


I was hoping for a bit of a cool down period. As it was, I lost about 215 kits and have a few hundred assorted candies. I also still have probably 100-200 lovecraft chests still -- not sure since I have them spread out. Haha -- more candy


Here are my farming results for the event:

LOVECRAFTED CHESTS -- 545 chests opened.
Gold Cupid Wing ROG x3, SOR x4, WAR x3
Lovecraft Set ROG x6, SOR x10, WAR x15
Hugthulu Wings ROG x22, SOR x15, WAR x13


The first gold cupid wing I received was a Sorcerer one that I opened on an account with a lone Warrior. First chest that was opened. Pop! Gold Cupid Wing for Sorcerer...


The first ROG gold cupid wing came in something like chest #120. The first WAR one around chest #360.


Sometimes I would get a lone vanity just pop up, but generally, if a cupid wing was going to be rolled, it'll be with a group of vanities.

I opened in sets of 10 chests. If vanities are being rolled, I would get like 3-5 vanities in that set of 10. There are times when vanities are not rolling at all. Those times, out of 10 chests, I would get 0-1 vanities. Obviously, if I see vanities popping up, I opened more chests. If not, I go do something else for a few minutes, such as check auctions or stand around town yelling about buying stuff.

^^^if anyone is curious why sts wasn't making these tradeable you've found your answer... If these we tradable and he sat in them for afew months the price would begin to climb and not drop like arlor sets..

Good job in the hunting tho.. 15 dark loves is kinda pointless but oh well hahaa

If I was you, I would have bought inventory crates or simply sold all the extra letters

Then I would hae farmed what I needed from the lovecraft chests, then sell them all

now I have 25 extra chests, let's see how far the price rises

LOL. I am more interested in glamming up my toons. The Dark Loves are to go with my 40+ Little Loves.

Not going to sell anything I don't think. Though yes, had they been tradeable, I might have sold 1 or 2 items.

I don't usually do a public tally.

And for people who spent millions, I only spent maybe a 1/2 million. Maybe.

I just liquidated all my extras... it takes too much place. I kept 2 of each letters, 2 love lix and those chests: as a reminder of this awesome event
