Pally at 30 is a good basis for pvping, however if you're good at 30 dexchantress you'll beat 99% of em. Havent vsed burn yet but tbh without bragging, pallies are insanely vulnerable to a half decent kiting mage. If you miss one of your lights at pally you are at a crazy disadvantage, thats all I'm saying.
