25 SSC mage

I am making a 25 mage.
I have level 25 dreamers crystal set as well as l25 dex bone helm and l25 dex marrow mantle.

Requesting a build and stat points

Btw is all int a good idea?

This is a toy/candle build.
ive never seen kylan use ms but you could prob add it in. This was about a year and a half ago so the meta probably changed. Dex hallo's are good, ive also seen some expert armor used for this build. I would never go all int by the way. Sorry i dont know the skill points for the int/dex amount used.

From my own experience ssc vs paw/fbow is almost an instaloss every fight. All int isn't necessarily better than dex but it does make a significant difference in skill output. Id recommend talking to tony(swagtony/wrathfulbeast) for more reliable information

I always beat Tony with SSC at 27
Just use Jun's SSC Tourney Build it works like a dream.

Ssc isn't that bad but its certainly UP in comparison to hween gears
